Deanna helped me with the legal details of setting up a Revocable Trust. I have property in both Geneva, Illinois and in the US Virgin Islands. She was very quick to inform me that she is not familiar with the law in the US Virgin Islands but would be happy to work the details for Illinois. She provided me with all the details for setting up the Trust and provided me the needed council so I could work with an attorney in the US Virgin Islands to complete the property deed transfer off the mainland. She also spent time explaining the process to my Executor. She explained the Power of Attorney process, the all the various documents involved in a Trust. She is very thorough, helps you walk through the many "what if's" that can happen in life and how the Trust protects your assets. I highly recommend her for setting up a Trust.
